Can I return products purchased from the online store?
YES! You ordered a product, but the size doesn't fit – no problem!
Post the unsuitable product within 14 days to the Anoli online store return point that suits you best, and we will refund your money within a week.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all original labels. If the product is dirty or otherwise violates the return conditions, Anoli (Pulmamaailm OÜ) has the right to refuse to accept the returned goods.
NB! Returns to parcel terminals are at your own expense.
Can I exchange products purchased from the e-store?
To obtain a new size, model, or color, you must place a new order in the Anoli e-store and return the unsuitable product. Once we receive the returned product, we will refund your money.
To exchange products purchased during a campaign, you must also return the products to a return point and place a new order. If the promotional campaign has ended by the time you place your new order, you will not be able to make a new purchase at the previous campaign price.

How to return products purchased from the e-store?
Take the invoice from the bag and circle the products you wish to return. Add the invoice to the bag with the products to be returned and, if possible, use the unused adhesive strip to close the bag. The goods can also be returned in their original packaging. The main thing is that the package is securely closed and the invoice is in the bag with the unsuitable goods. Send the package via Omniva/Smartpost/DPD parcel terminal.
How to return products via a parcel terminal?
Anoli.ee e-store orders do not have a return code. When returning via a parcel terminal, the products to be returned must be posted as a new private customer shipment and the postage must be paid.
