Within Estonia

Domestic orders are shipped via Itella Smartpost and Omniva parcel service.
Average shipping time for all orders within Estonia is up to 3 working days. During holidays the shipping times may vary (please contact us if you have time sensitive requests).

All Estonian orders:

Within Latvia and Lithuania

€6.00 - Omniva parcel terminal

RETURNS

You have the right to return a product 14 days after receiving it.

How to return products via a parcel terminal?

Anoli.ee e-store orders do not have a return code. When returning via a parcel terminal, the products to be returned must be posted as a new private customer shipment and the postage must be paid.

NB! Shipping costs are not refundable.

All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. To ensure that you can return the product, please be careful when opening the package so as not to damage its contents. Do not remove any labels or stickers from the products or throw away the packaging until you have decided to keep the product(s).
If the product is dirty or otherwise violates the return conditions, Anoli (Pulmamaailm OÜ) has the right to refuse to accept the returned goods.
